Shawty Lo Says Nobody Took His Chain And Nobody Kicked His A**

I received so many phone calls this week from people asking me about if this Shawty Lo rumor is true.  For those who don’t know it was rumor going around online that Shawty Lo was beat up and had his chain snatched at Club Crutial in Bankhead.  Well I could not confirm if it was true or not so I chose not to post the story.  Shawty recently made a statement and here’s what he had to say about what went down.

“A couple of dudes from my Bowen Homes hood got into it with some other dudes from Bowen Homes,” Shawty Lo explained to sources. “It really wasn’t nothing, just some Bowen Homes sh*t. It wasn’t an altercation with me at all. I didn’t get touched, period. And this had nothing to do with TI”

Another Win For Rapper 50 Cents

50 will finally get the chance to spend some time with son thanks to a Long Island Judge.  TMZ reported that 50 and his ghetto ass baby mother Shaniqua Tompkins recently appeared in family court.   The judge ordered both of them to take a drug test on the spot and while 50 tested clean Shaniqua tested positive for cough medicine.  Looks like somebody sipping on sizzurp lol.  The Judge will allow 50 to visit his son from August 3^rd through the 12^th.

Eminem Making A Comeback

According to The Drew reports rapper and Detroit native Eminem is currently in the studio working a new album.  The 35-year-old MC has been off the scene for the past two-plus years dealing with his emotions about the 2006 death of best friend and fellow D12 member Proof in a bar shooting in Detroit.  I know personally Em was going through a tough time dealing with this situation and I’m glad to see he’s coming around.  I know if any other rapper out here can sell a milli in one week it will be Eminem.

Kim Porter And Family Coming Soon To Reality TV

Kim Porter aka Diddy baby mama is getting her own reality show.  The show will premiere on the Lifetime cable network channel. The show will follow Kim’s daily life living in LA as a single mother and starting her career as an actress in Hollywood.  The show will be produce by Blare Underwood and is set to start filming this fall.   Also make sure you check out Kim in the upcoming film “ Mama I Want To Sing” also featuring Ciara.  You go Kim I see you trying to get out Diddy’s shadow you go girl, maybe you should have a talk with 50 cents baby mama lol.   Read the rest of this entry »

Raven Symone, Mariah Carey And Everybody’s Favorite Girl Rihanna

Check out this pic of Raven Symone from BPM magazine 12^th anniversary party.  I don’t know if I’m feeling her hair, but I am feeling those shoes just not with that dress.   I like Raven  that girl has money on top of money and you never hear bad stories about her going buck wild like some other young Hollywood celebrities. 

  
I think MiMi is trying to give Rih Rih a run for her money.  Mariah is covering Ocean Style Magazine talking about the same old stuff.  Life, her album E=MC2, and of course her husband Nick.  Oh yeah she did mention a new movie she has coming out called Tennessee can’t wait to see what that’s going to be about.  Hopefully it’s good because I am starting to get a little board with MiMi talking about Nick all the time.

Britney Spears Decided To Give K-Fed Full Custody Of The Kids

Britney Spears decided to give full custody of her two boys Sean Preston and Jayden James to ex husband Kevin Federline. 

Now I don’t know if I agree or disagree with her decision.  A part of me feels like she ok she’s got herself together, she’s pass that crazy stage in her life get your kids back and be a mother to your children. Then a part of me feels like ok I don’t know what her reasons were but maybe she did do the right thing by giving him full custody.  She is in the spot light and who knows if she will go back to acting crazy again.  What ever the case is hopefully this is best decision for the boys and Britney will have visitation rights so hopefully they can try to make there family as normal as possible.

Jay Z Is Coming Back This Time With A Little Help From Timberland

Looks like Beyonce not the only one getting ready to drop an album. Looks like her hubby Jay Z will be dropping one as well.  This time around he’s seeking the help of mega producer Timberland.  Timberland recently spoke with MTV about the Jay-Z’s forthcoming album and say’s Jay Z has made him executive producer of the project:

“He wants me to do the whole thing this time around,” Timbaland said Monday during a visit to the MTV News office. “I’mma make it a classic too. You better believe it. It’ll be a monster! I always say this: You get a first single from me, I’mma get you up to gold. And it’s hard to get you up to gold in this day [and age].”
