According to TMZ Kelis requested for a Judge to summon her soon-to-be ex husband Nas back to court for failure to pay her $50.000 a month in spousal & child support.
Kelis filed papers requesting that the rapper be held in contempt of court due to falling behind on his monthy payments. Nas is said to owe $56,911 in back pay according to documents TMZ obtained.
You may recall in December of 2009 a judge ordered Nas to increase his spousal & child support payments from $40.000 to $50,000 a month .
Nas better quit playing and pay Kelis that money because she will lock a n*cca up if he don’t have her check. LOL
