This afternoon, an East Baton Rouge grand jury indicted the rapper with first degree murder. District Attorney Hillar Moore, alleges that Boosie and two other men were responsible for the shooting death of Terry Boyd last October.
To make matters worse, his girlfriend Walnita Decuir, and a former prison guard were also indicted on drug charges. Bad Azz is currently serving four years on probation violation.

1st Degree Murder of Terry Boyd, 35, shot to death inside his residence at 16837 Vermillion Drive on 10/21/09. The shots were fired from outside home through a window.
3 counts PWITD Narcotics (Schedule II-Codeine, Schedule I-Ecstacy and Schedule I-Marijuana)
3 counts Conspiracy to commit PWITD Narcotics
2 counts Conspiracy to Introduce Contraband into a Penal Institution
I hate to hear about rappers going to jail sometimes I wish they would make better decisions so they don’t end up in situations like this!!!!!!!!

@ Will you don’t have to live a life like Lil Boosie to be rich…. And what is there to love about being in jail not knowing if you’ll ever get out????
