This bundle of joy must be bringing an extra helping of happiness: a couple in Texas are the proud parents of 16-pound, 1-ounce, 2-foot-long JaMichael Brown.

At 9:05 Friday morning, Janet Johnson and Michael Brown welcomed their son at Longview’s Good Shepherd Medical Center. JaMichael, who was quickly nicknamed “the Moose,” is the largest child ever born in the hospital—and possibly the state.
So exactly how big is a 16-pound baby? Let’s put it this way: The average newborn is about seven-and-a-half pounds. The Brown baby’s weight is just about equivalent to that of a six-month-old. The 39-year-old mother suffered from gestational diabestes, which can result in or indicate bigger birth weights. Exactly how much bigger was the huge surprise.

God bless this baby, his family & his mothers vagina if she had to give natural birth lol!!!!!

I don’t know where I’ve been because I had no idea actress Nia Long, was pregnant with her second child by NBA player Ime Udoka. Hell I didn’t even know the two were dating!!!!!

The 40-year-old “Best Man” actress, was spotted showing off her baby bump while vacationing in Cabo recently & I must admit she looks absolutely gorgeous baby bump & all.

Nia who has a 10-year-old son with her ex-boyfriend actor Massai Dorsey, was also spotted by Hollywood TV on a dinner date with her soon to be baby daddy in L.A. recently.

According to Radar Online Mariah Carey is expecting her first child with husband Nick Cannon. Last month the two renewed their vows to celebrate their 2nd wedding anniversary.

Mariah recently dropped out of her next film a role in Tyler Perry’s movie “For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf” because of her pregnancy.

According to People.com singer Robin Thicke and his wife actress Paula Patton welcomed their 1st baby Julian Fuego on Tuesday in Los Angeles.

PEOPLE confirmed exclusively Robin, Paula & the baby are all doing well,” says Thicke’s rep.

Thicke cancelled his portion of Tuesday night’s show at the Staples Center for “personal reasons.” But his tour mate, Alicia Keys, offered her congratulations from the stage.

The highschool sweethearts will be celebrating their 5th wedding anniversary this coming June… Congrats to the happy couple!!!!

Keyshia Cole was in labor all day yesterday howeverv Us Magazine confirmed earlier today that she gave birth late last night.

“The singer, 28, tells UsMagazine.com exclusively that she and Cleveland Cavaliers player Daniel Gibson “are proud to announce the birth of their beautiful baby boy, Daniel Hiram Gibson Jr.” It’s the first child for the R&B star

The couple’s son was born Tuesday at 11:54 p.m., weighing 7 lbs. 3 oz. “Both mother and baby are doing great,” she adds.

“The proud couple would like to thank everyone for giving them privacy during this special time. Keyshia would also like to give a special thank you to her fans that have been with her since the beginning sharing in her growth as a woman and an artist.”

Cole and Gibson became engaged with “an incredible ring” on New Year’s Eve, her rep told Us in early January. “When he asked her to marry him, she was flabbergasted… her mouth dropped in amazement,” the rep told Us. It’s too beautiful for words.”

According to people.com Christina Milian Nash and The Dream gave birth to daughter “Violet Madison Nash” via c-section on Feb 26th.

“Violet is the first child for Milian, 28, and the fourth for the singer-songwriter and record producer, 31, who has three children with his ex-wife, singer Nivea.”

“A friend confirms to PEOPLE, saying the baby has “a full head of hair and She weighed in at 6 lbs., 10 oz.”

Speaking of babies Monica sent out a tweet a couple hours ago confirming her BFF Keyshia Cole is currently in Labor

Singer Christina Milian and her huge but cute baby bump was spotted out in Hollywood yesterday afternoon. She looks like she’s getting ready to pop that baby out any minute now lol… Christina recently admitted to being a little nervous about delivering her 1st child.

“I am nervous about giving birth to the baby. That’s probably the most nerve-wracking part of it all. Every day I wonder, ‘What happens if she comes earlier than expected?’ But as long as Dream is right next to me, I’ll be fine”
