Wow the Kardashians are coming out swinging hard & hitting way below the belt at Kim’s soon to be ex-husband Kris Humphries.

In the latest Kardashian divorce drama the K-Clan recently leaked a story claiming Humphries is gay & refused to touch Kim after their fake fairy-tale marriage…

Of course a representative for Humphries stated the story in Star Magazine is “completely false and ridiculous. He is not gay.”

And speaking of Humphries he now wants an annulment, instead of a divorce because he claims that he was the victim in a phony marriage and believes he was used as a plot line for the Kardashians reality show.

Lawd have mercy you mean to tell me that he’s just now figuring out that he was used as Kimmy Cakes boy-toy for her reality show??????

Duhhhhhh I could have told him that, smh poor baby.

According to Radar Online, Kris Jenner has put her daughter Kim Kardashian on a temporary lockdown, and has ordered her to stay out of the spotlight because of her divorce filing causing so much bad press for the family.

“They did not anticipate the extreme backlash and the damage it would cause to the K-brand as a whole. The whole empire has been affected by this dumb marriage and Kris Jenner is all about getting paid,”

Word on the curb is Mama Kris & Kim is planing damage control by attempting to brand Kris Humphris as the villian aka “Husband From Hell” & Kim as the victim on the upcoming season of “Kim & Kourtney Takes New York.

“The upcoming season of Kourtney & Kim Take New York will feature the star, Kim Kardashian, as the “victim” and her estranged NBA hubby Kris Humphries, as the “lazy and insensitive” villain. After filming had wrapped on Kourtney & Kim Take New York, Kardashian began watching footage from the show, and the newlywed was mortified by her husband’s on-camera behavior, spurring her to file for divorce after just 72 days of marriage.
Even though Kim isn’t an executive producer, she has full editorial control of what goes onto the show. Kim began watching the footage after filming wrapped in mid-October, and, according to a source, was “absolutely mortified when she saw on camera, the way that Kris was treating her.”

“The marriage was already under a tremendous amount of stress, but she just couldn’t believe that she had married this man that was treating her and her family like this.”

And Kris is not backing down the NBA player has decided to take matters into his own hands & fight back by filing a 10 million dollar lawsuit against his soon to be ex wife Kimmy Cakes…….

Kris has a legal team investigating his options, “He’s claiming his role on Kourtney & Kim Take New York is bigger than he was told, and that’s why he wants more money. I guess Kris Humphries plans on making his 72 day marriage to Kim Kardashian work is out of the question being that he just recently hired a divorce lawyer.

According to TMZ, T26-year-old Humphries hired Minnesota attorney Lee Hutton who previously represented him during prenup negotiations to handle his impending divorce.

And word on the curb is the divorce between Kim and Kris should be quick & simple due to the pre-nup Kimmy Cakes had Humphries sign before walking down the isle in her fake fairy tale wedding .

If everything goes according as planned the divorce will be final 6 months from the date Kim filed & she will be free & clear to scout out her next victim to play the role of her boyfriend in her family’s reality show.

A few days ago Kim Kardashian’s ex publicist Jonathan Jaxon, put her on blast when he made the statement about her marriage to Kris Humphris being staged.

He also stated that he use to stage publicity stunts for the reality star all the time & leak stories to the media back in 2007 when he use to work for her.

Well Kimmy Cakes was not pleased about his comments & have decided to take legal action by hiring attorney Marty Singer to try & sue Mr. Jaxon for $200,000 for damaging her reputation…

Jaxson claims he knows this because he did PR work for her, but a source close to Kim tells us they worked together once, years ago, on a blog … and that Kim barely remembers who he is.”

We’re told Kim is particularly baffled how Jaxson can talk about Kim’s wedding plans … when she hasn’t spoken to him in years. But as part of their brief time together, we’re told Kim had Jaxson sign a confidentiality agreement — which Kim clearly feels he’s violating now. Kim has now hired Marty Singer, who submitted papers to a private arbitration to attempt to shut Jaxson up immediately.

KK is claiming Jaxson has damaged her reputation with his allegedly defamatory statements and she wants a minimum of $200,000 in damages.

Singer tells TMZ, “Everything that he is saying is false and nonsense … This guy is in it to promote himself for his 15 mins of fame.”

When contacted, Jonathan Jaxson told us, “I have never signed an agreement dealing with confidentiality with Kim Kardashian. I have an agreement in my possession that does not have either parties signature on it.”

You know what, first off let me break down what really damaged Kim’s reputation because it sure as hell wasn’t this ex-publicist.

Umm lets start with Ray J, that sex tape she did with him and he was slanging his penis in her face damaged her reputation. That 72 day marriage to Kris Humphries & how she used his azz to create that fake fairy tale wedding damaged her reputation. In the as if we didn’t already know news of the day, Kim Kardsahian’s former publicist Jonathan Jaxson has come forward saying that he believes her wedding to Kris Humphries was indeed staged.

“She knew weeks before getting married she didn’t want to do it. She’s never gotten over [ex Reggie Bush].”

Jaxson, who worked with Kim from 2007 to 2009 told “The Elvis Duran Morning Show,” that he staged many publicity stunts while she was his client. He also stated that the day after Kim’s sex-tape leaked she wasn’t devastated by any means because her goal was to become famous.

“I staged several of the moments that the world has seen of her, such as a ring that we alleged was from Reggie Bush, It was December 26, 2007, I remember the day. She was going to go shopping with her grandmother and her mom and we said, ‘Let’s do something to get more press for you.’ She said, ‘Perfect. Let me go to a ring store and walk out as if Reggie Bush were proposing to me. I have a ring I love and adore it’s seven carats. I’ll keep it in my purse. It was calculated to a T and then it was leaked to a magazine,”

I know the Kardashians are pissed at the fact that they can’t control Kris Humphris family from speaking their mind regarding the divorce drama between their son & Kim Kardashian.

In a recent interview with Life & Style Magazine William Humphries is speaking out on behalf of his son claiming he was blindsided by the divorce.

He stated:

“There was never a discussion about it, it just came out of nowhere and blindsided Kris. How could someone do that? Kris was completely surprised. The news was already published before he found out! Kris told me that Kim was texting him a lot, but he wouldn’t respond. They did speak briefly the day the split was announced but only because Kim was apparently pissed that Kris had released his own statement. It’s not a nice situation. No matter how you look at it, he’s going through a divorce.”

In the meantime Kimmy Cakes ain’t thinking about Humphries or his daddy, she was recently spotted in Atlanta filming on the set of Tyler Perry’s new movie “Marriage Counsler”.

Word on the curb is Kim Kardashian is feeling conflicted over her decision to file for divorce and decided to pack her bags to head to Minnesota to see her soon to be ex-husband Kris Humphries.

“Kim booked the flight very last minute because she felt like she owed it to Kris to talk things through with him face-to-face. We’re told no reality show cameras were involved. Kim has been saying even before she filed for divorce that she wasn’t sure about ending the marriage. We all know that Kim Kardashian & Amber Rose aren’t the best of friends, hell they’ll probably never be friends however, Amber decided give the reality star some advise on her 72 day marriage & divorce drama to NBA player Kris Humphries.

In addition to offering some words of encouragement to Kimmy Cakes, she also opened up on why she decided to tattoo her boo-thang Wiz Khalifa’s name on her body as well as her thoughts on him signing former video vixen Lola Monroe to his label.

Her advice to Kim Kardashian:

I would tell her to pray and ask God what is the next step for her as far as relationships go. Because, if you really, really pray God will talk to you. God will give you the answers. I’m not a religious freak or nothing like that, but I am spiritual and I do pray a lot. I like to keep my life very positive so I think that’s probably a good thing for her to do.

Just be positive amongst all the negativity that’s going on. I honestly, and I probably shouldn’t say this, but I honestly think she should just lay low for a second. Just relax! You just had a divorce, just chill out. It’s so much more than business and just work. Do something that’s going to make you happy. Just chill out and really think about your life and think about what went wrong and learn from your mistakes.

Why she’s tattooed with Wiz Khalifa’s name on her finger:

I love the shit out of h-m, that’s why! (Giggles) He got my name on his thumb months and months ago. And he was like, “Babe, You don’t have to get my name. It’s not about that. You don’t have to do anything at the same time. I just wanted to get your name on my thumb because I just love you. You’re the love of my life. I want to look at your name every time I look down at my hands.” So, I felt the same way and when it felt right I did it also, but he is the love of my life. He is my angel. He’s brought so much happiness in my life and he inspires me to be better.

Well, let me say this: I absolutely love her. She is my sister. She’s super talented. She’s super dope. I really think she’s going to go far. She works so hard and she’s the first lady of Taylor Gang, man. She’s going to come in and push it down and just kill it. I’m really proud of her. She’s really dong it big. The thing that I love about Lola is that she comes from humble beginnings. Me and her had a very, very similar life. We both were strippers at 15-years-old. We both worked really hard. We both dealt with a lot of scrutiny. We both started out in videos and now it’s time for her to go to the next level.

On Amber starting her own singing career:

This is probably the hardest thing I’ve ever had to write. I see all of the support and I am so thankful for my fans, friends and family who are helping me through this difficult time.

I am trying not to read all the different media reports but it’s hard not to see all the negative ones. First and foremost, I married for love. I can’t believe I even have to defend this. I would not have spent so much time on something just for a TV show! I share so much of my life on a reality show, that contemplating whether to even film my wedding was a tough decision to make, and maybe it turned out to not be the smartest decision. But it’s who I am! We filmed Kourtney giving birth, Khloe getting married, break ups, make ups, our best moments and our worst moments. These were all real moments. That’s what makes us who we are. We share, we give, we love and we are open!

Everyone that knows me knows that I’m a hopeless romantic! I love with all of my heart and soul. I want a family and babies and a real life so badly that maybe I rushed in to something too soon. I believed in love and the dream of what I wanted so badly. I felt like I was on a fast roller coaster and couldn’t get off when now I know I probably should have. I got caught up with the hoopla and the filming of the TV show that when I probably should have ended my relationship, I didn’t know how to and didn’t want to disappoint a lot of people.

I’m being honest here and I hope you respect my courage because this isn’t easy to go through. But I do know that I have to follow my heart. I never had the intention of hurting anybody and I accept full responsibility for my actions and decisions, and for taking everyone on this journey with me. It just didn’t turn out to be the fairy tale I had so badly hoped for.

There are also reports that I made millions of dollars off of the wedding. These reports are simply not true and it makes me so sad to have to even clarify this. I’m so grateful to everyone who took the time to come to my wedding and I’ll be donating the money for all the gifts to the Dream Foundation.

I’m sorry if I have hurt anyone, but my dad always told me to follow my heart and I believe now that I really am.

Humphries revealed to TMZ, that he loves Kimmy Cakes & is willing to do whatever it takes to repair his broken marriage.
