This afternoon, an East Baton Rouge grand jury indicted the rapper with first degree murder. District Attorney Hillar Moore, alleges that Boosie and two other men were responsible for the shooting death of Terry Boyd last October.

To make matters worse, his girlfriend Walnita Decuir, and a former prison guard were also indicted on drug charges. Bad Azz is currently serving four years on probation violation.

I hate to hear about rappers going to jail sometimes I wish they would make better decisions so they don’t end up in situations like this!!!!!!!!

Normally I stay away from the HIV stories but since Cassidy has come forward to address the rumors I decided to post what both had to say. Last week a woman posted a story on the internet alleging she had unprotected sex with rapper Cassidy and he infected her with the HIV virus.

Check out what she had to say below:

“We talked for a few months and saw each other when ever we could. It was usually at my apartment in Philly. A couple times I drove up and we met at a hotel in Hacknsack NJ. I was never able to go to his house because his babys mother and kids were there.”

“The very 1st time we had sex he didn’t want to use a condom but I insisted. After a while we built up trust and he convinced me not to use one. The BIGGEST mistake of my life. I learned I contacted HIV from him.”

However Cassidy has a different story and he address the rumors via his Twitter page @cassidy_larsiny.

“Stop actin stupid! I don’t even know that lil girl.. I just took a pic being nice.. I only f*ck pretty girls 10’s, and I still don’t go raw, “I’m sick wit but not like that! The b*tch probably just mad she not my type..lol.. I’m perfectly healthy, so it can’t be true…

This is a case of he say-she say & hopefully what he say is correct for his sake. I’m just saying That’s some serious allegations to say about somebody if it’s not true.

And speaking of Cassidy he was spotted in NYC this weekend driving around and posing for the camera in his new Bently…

Former Cash Money Hot Boy “B.G.” pleaded not guilty to gun possession charges in a New Orleans court room on Thursday February 11th.

B.G. was arrested along with two other men back in November after the NOPD (New Orleans Police Department) found three guns with loaded clips in the car the rapper was driving.

Two of the guns were reportedly stolen however he claims he has no idea how they ended up in the car. B.G. is due back in court in a couple months and he will either take a plea deal or go to trial.

More than likely he will take a plea deal and do a little jail time. The way they’re locking these rappers up now a days I can’t see the system cutting B.G. a break…. I’m just saying!!!!!!

After serving six years behind bars New Orleans rapper Mystikal is a free man. As you may recall he was arrested back in 2004 for forcing his hairstylist at the time to perform sexual acts on him after finding out $80,000 in checks were stolen from him.

Mystical is wasting no time trying to make his comeback on the music scene. He did his first post jail interview with Wild Wayne Q93 radio in New Orleans and stated:

“Wait til I shake this world up now! I want reparations! Six Years off the scene for most rappers it’ll be over with. It’s about to be the beginning for me!!! “.

The rap game is not what is use to be and I’m curious to see if Mystical will make strong comeback on the music scene?
