The future Mrs. Humphries, Kim Kardashian recently filled a lawsuit against Old Navy for using a Kim K look-alike model in their ad campaigns to promote their clothing brand….

Word on the curb is Kimmy Cakes is pissed with the fashion brand because they used actress Melissa Molinaro, who resembles The Keeping Up With The Kardashian reality star and she wants $15-$20 million dollars in damages.

“Kim is filing a lawsuit against the clothing giant — claiming they intentionally used a look-alike in an effort to dupe the public into thinking Kim was affiliated with Old Navy.

We’re told Kim is especially furious that Old Navy has been tweeting to her page about the look-alike — in an effort to gain even more publicity.

One of those tweets read, “@CBSNEWS reports that Old Navy’s Super CUTE star looks like @kimkardashian. #LOL. What do you think?”

Also I forgot to mention that Melissa is also the girlfriend of Kim’s ex Reggie Bush…. ****Blankstare****

New Orleans Saint Reggie Bush made history by becoming the 1st person having to give back his Heisman Trophy he won in 2005.

The former USC star & New Orleans saint had to hand over his Heisman Trophy because officials found out that he received “unproper” gifts while he was a student at USC.

No word yet if the Heisman committee will give the trophy to Tennesse Titan Vince Young or eliminate the trophy for that year all together.

Reggie released the following statement below:

“One of the greatest honors of my life was winning the Heisman Trophy in 2005. For me, it was a dream come true. But I know that the Heisman is not mine alone. Far from it. I know that my victory was made possible by the discipline and hard work of my teammates, the steady guidance of my coaches, the inspiration of the fans, and the unconditional love of my family and friends. And I know that any young man fortunate enough to win the Heisman enters into a family of sorts. Each individual carries the legacy of the award and each one is entrusted with its good name.

It is for these reasons that I have made the difficult decision to forfeit my title as Heisman winner of 2005. The persistent media speculation regarding allegations dating back to my years at USC has been both painful and distracting. In no way should the storm around these allegations reflect in any way on the dignity of this award, nor on any other institutions or individuals. Nor should it distract from outstanding performances and hard-earned achievements either in the past, present or future.

For the rest of my days, I will continue to strive to demonstrate through my actions and words that I was deserving of the confidence placed in me by the Heisman Trophy Trust. I would like to begin in this effort by turning a negative situation into a positive one by working with the Trustees to establish an educational program which will assist student-athletes and their families avoid some of the mistakes that I made. I am determined to view this event as an opportunity to help others and to advance the values and mission of the Heisman Trophy Trust.

I will forever appreciate the honor bestowed upon me as a winner of the Heisman. While this decision is heart-breaking, I find solace in knowing that the award was made possible by the support and love of so many. Those are gifts that can never be taken away.”

Reggie isn’t the 1st player to accept gifts & he damn sure won’t be the last player. To have him give a trophy back 5 years later is a bit much to me I’m just saying!!!!!!

For those of you who care the other day after pictures of Amber Rose & Reggie Bush hit the internet of the two partying together. Kim Kardashian sent out a tweet “Who Cares” and now Amber decided to tweet:

I guess the rumors are true about Reggie Bush and Kim Kardashian officially breaking up. And it looks like he’s wasting no time moving on to the next one. A waitress by the name of “January Gessert” (pictured below) was spotted leaving Reggie’s house recently after partying with him the night before at a club…

I must admit this chick don’t have sh*t on Kim Kardashian but knowing Reggie he probably wanted somebody out of the limelight.

Congratulations to the 2010 Super Bowl Champs “The New Orleans Saints” for the huge win beating out the Indianapolis Colts yesterday.

The Colts started out leading 10-0 however the Saints formerly known as the “underdogs” were the true champions winning the game 31-17. No longer they can they be called the underdogs!!!!

“We just believed in ourselves and we knew that we had an entire city and maybe an entire country behind us,” said Brees, the game’s MVP. “What can I say? I tried to imagine what this moment would be like for a long time, and it’s better than expected.”

Kim twitted this picture of her Reggie, Swizz Beats, Scottie Pippen, & Lennox Lewis in Miami. And from looking at the picture it looks like she was having more fun that Reggie I’m just saying!!!!!

I’m trying to see if Reggie will “put a ring on it” now that he’s won the super bowl????? But on the flip side why did he have to win the super bowl in order to give her a ring???? I’m just saying sounds like somebody’s not ready for marriage if you ask me!!!!!

So Rumor on the streets of Miami is Reggie Bush popped the question to girlfriend Kim Kardashian Friday night in Miami while dinning with her family at prime 112. And supposedly the two are waiting until after Super Bowl to make the big announcement. I heard this rumor before so I won’t believe it until I see the ring on KK’s finger…..

Speaking of Kim she hosted a leather & lace party in MIA and decided to bring along Reggie’s family including mom Denise who stated on the Wendy Williams show recently she really likes Kim.

In messy people’s news Reggie’s well known Jump off Carmen Ortega released a video of her walking around Reggie’s mansion. I’m not sure this when this video was filmed but Carmen is claiming she’s been sleeping with Reggie even did a threesome with him which she has on tape… Lawd have mercy now why she wanna go & do that?????
